Katie’s work experience spans a wide range of sectors including rail transport, IT and education. A qualified teacher who has also studied marketing, Katie has also worked as a technical author and is skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research techniques. She has a wealth of experience working for a wide variety of national and multinational private and public sector organisations in a number of different industries. Katie has extensive expertise in project management, business planning and strategies. She has overseen the design and development of websites and has written and built online help systems and manuals and runs our PFF online surveys.
