Research Associate, Kate, has an extensive background in project management, IT, and HR Operations. She is also a tutor in management skills as a part-time Associate Lecturer for the Open University, with a particular interest in widening participation. Her interest in equality and diversity issues extends beyond her MA in Equality and Diversity and beyond the workplace, with a long history in voluntary work, particularly in campaigning for human rights.
