Staff Survey – Career Development Opportunities

 VT Research (now Babcock) undertook an on-line research survey for an international IT organisation, with offices based across Europe. Following a recent general employee survey, the client had become aware that some staff were concerned about their career development opportunities. The client wished to explore employees’ views on this issue in more detail.

Combining our skills in the areas of career management and research, we proposed an on-line survey methodology to provide the client with high quality and timely feedback, as the project turnaround time was only 2 weeks from start to completion. The survey was designed in discussion with the client and the survey was hosted by Citizen Connect, a partner organisation. 600 employees from across Europe completed the survey and submitted the data to VT Research for analysis with the result being statistically robust and timely data within the client’s very tight timescales.
