VT Research (now Babcock Research) provided consultancy to the SFA on the development and writing of their Single Equality Scheme. This consultancy role saw us identify good practice through the review of other single equality schemes; follow the passage of the legislation and identify the legal requirements of the SFA’s scheme; review drafts; and provided ongoing support and advice on the process and content.
